Independent Consultant Cancellation Notice

 

You may cancel your Independent Consultant Agreement, without any penalty or obligation, and receive a full refund within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS from the date on which the Agreement is executed, in accordance with applicable Indian laws. In such case, you will be immediately eligible to submit a new Independent Consultant Application & Agreement.

 

You may also cancel your Independent Consultant Agreement and receive a full refund within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date on which it was executed. If you cancel within this thirty-day period, you will be eligible to submit a new Independent Consultant Application & Agreement only after a six (6) calendar month period of inactivity.

 

To cancel, you must submit a clear written request stating your decision to cancel by contacting Finix Customer Support through the website’s “Contact Us” section or via the official customer support email provided on the website. The cancellation request must be received within the applicable time period mentioned above.

 

Preferred Customer Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your membership in the Preferred Customer Program, without any penalty or obligation, and receive a full refund within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date on which the membership was activated.

 

To cancel, you must submit a clear written cancellation request through the Finix website under “Contact Us” or via the official customer support email within the applicable time period.

 

You may also cancel your Preferred Customer Program membership at any time by choosing not to pay the renewal fee at the end of the membership term. In such cases, your membership will automatically expire and will not be renewed.

 

If you cancel or allow your Preferred Customer Program membership to expire, you may continue to purchase Finix products as a regular customer; however, you will no longer be eligible for any discounts, preferential pricing, or benefits associated with the Preferred Customer Program.

 

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to applicable banking timelines.

 

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
